Reporting Maintenance Issues:
If you are aware of a maintenance issue that needs attention and/or dealing with, please advise the Site Office via Tel. No. 023-9275-5100 or via their email at: maintenance@gqrc.net
Payments & Insurance:
In future, the Site Office will not be able to accept cash when paying for replacement door opening fobs, car park fobs or parking permits. Online transfers will be permitted and cheques will also be accepted.
Insurance Note:
In relation to leaks in buildings please note that it is possible to claim on the buildings insurance policy, but an excess will be payable by the applicant. It is important to assess the amount of the claim to establish if the cost of repair justifies the cost of the claim.
