TAXIS & CABS
PCC are also responsible for taxi licensing. If you have trouble with any form of taxi transport within the City you can report the matter to taxi licensing.
You MUST have either the registration number of the vehicle or Licensing Number to have any impact. Serious offences are noted and can lead to the license being removed. Want to know more try this link: www.portsmouth.gov.uk
